Over the last 25 years Louise had been in the role of Senior Finance Manager working in the non-for-profit corporate sector for an Employment & Training organisation, under the Ministry of Sisters of Mercy (SOM).
Louise obtained her business degree through this time and had numerous CEO’S as her mentor.
In Louise’s spare time she spends time with family and is training to get herself back onto the Rugby field after 17 years.
Over last 10 years, Louise has also been one of the Directors and Owners of Australian Customs Brokers & Logistics (Auscus), working 2 days per week as Accounts Manager.
In Nov 2021 Louise left her Senior Finance Manager role to become more involved in Auscus taking the roles of Finance Manager and Office Administration on fulltime. With her corporate knowledge and passion for helping others she has contributed a great deal to our team.
Louise brings with her extensive knowledge of finance and administration to our team and is a very valued member for her keen insight into the finance sector.

Melissa has been working in freight forwarding for 18 years and has worked in all facets of forwarding with sales and account management being her favourite positions as she gets to help importers and exporters to grow their business. Melissa has a passion for Out of Gauge, Breakbulk and RoRo cargo – anything outside the box…literally!
On the weekend Melissa enjoys spending time with her two young girls and husband, exercising, watching any reality series on Bravo and catching up with family and friends.

Amy joined the AUSCUS team in 2021 and has been in freight forwarding industry nearly 12 years in Malaysia and 13 years in Australia. She loves being a part of the AUSCUS team and is proud to play her role in LCL & Airfreight operations in helping her clients succeed and making their life easier. Migrating from Malaysia to be with her husband in Australia in 2017, Amy enjoys her gardening, travelling, and trying new restaurants.

Bowel Cancer Australia is one of the special charities we support. Our Director, Louise Jones, has a personal connection to this issue, with a loved one passing from Bowel Cancer in 2020. Her brother, aged 38, when first diagnosed passed away a year later from this disease.
We are told to get tested after the age of 50 but in reality, it’s best to get checked at an early age. Before his passing, he was an advocate for guys to get checked early because Bowel Cancer does not age discriminate. Early detection helps saves lives.
- Bowel cancer (also known as colorectal cancer) is the third most common type of newly diagnosed cancer in Australia
- 15,206 Australians are told they have bowel cancer each year
